3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cd44bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved methods as displayed on the payment page at the time of transaction. All amounts are denominated in BDT (৳).

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cd44bd at the platform level, though your payment provider may impose its own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any applicable verification checks. cd44bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. cd44bd complies with anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate authorities.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cd44bd reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 against the balance of a dormant account. Where the balance falls to zero, the account may be closed. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any fee is applied.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the cd44bd welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration and wagered within 30 days of claiming.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• cd44bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, matched betting, or exploiting system errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• cd44bd's determination on all bonus-related matters is final.

4.3 Seasonal & Ongoing Promotions

cd44bd regularly offers promotional campaigns aligned with major sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and cultural occasions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Placing Wagers

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections prior to confirming. cd44bd will not be responsible for incorrectly placed bets.

5.2 Odds & Results

All odds displayed on cd44bd are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet. Settlement of all sporting events is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.).

5.3 Casino Games & RNG

All casino games available on cd44bd — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live certified dealing processes. Game outcomes are independently tested to ensure fairness. cd44bd does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects the integrity of a game or betting market, cd44bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No compensation will be payable beyond the return of the original stake. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

• Collusion or match-fixing: sharing information with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your cd44bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Termination by cd44bd

cd44bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to cd44bd.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, cd44bd may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no fraud is established, verified balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

cd44bd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, cd44bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification to registered players. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
